- Mark your calendar for your confirmed date.
- Plan on being available from 10:30 am – 1 pm PACIFIC (or 1:30 pm – 3 pm EASTERN) on the day of your scheduled webinar.
- The webinar will be live using Zoom and live streaming to YouTube, Facebook, Periscope, and LinkedIn
- Confirm your 5-minute promo live stream for the Thursday before your webinar at 11 am Pacific
- PowerPoint Presentation – Due 2 weeks before your scheduled webinar. Send to Laura at socialbuzzclub dot com
Promote
- (Optional) Please send a 500+ word blog article about your subject matter… as soon as possible and we’ll feature it on SocialBuzzClub.com! This should be high-value content and NOT be promotional for your webinar itself. However, it should complement your topic and contain some value for the reader. It could contain practical tips or examples on your topic. This post will be published at SocialBuzzClub.com on our public site (no membership required) and will link to your webinar.
- Promote the Webinar on Social Media: We request that you promote your webinar on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn at a minimum.
- Send Email Promotion: We also request you email your list 3-5 days before.

Day Of Webinar
- Day of Webinar – Join on zoom at 10:30 am Pacific via email or Facebook message.
+ Use a hard-wired internet connection (if possible)
+ Plugin your headset (with microphone) and then turn on your computer
+ Completely “Quit” Skype and/or any other bandwidth using programs
+ Go to the zoom link that will be in your calendar invite at 10:30 am Pacific/1:30 pm Eastern
